How to request a grant
The primary mission of the Friends of Suffield organization is to bring the community together and reach out to those in need. All of the funds we raise through town events and activities are given back to groups and projects that benefit the Suffield community in the form of Grants.
Recent recipients have included Boy Scouts, Girl Scouts, Emergency Aid Association, Kent Memorial Library, Suffield Players, Suffield Senior Center, Friends of the Farm at Hilltop and many others. Requests have been for everything from new equipment to windows to fuel assistance.
If your organization would like to submit an application for consideration, please complete a Grant Request form with contact information and a detailed description of what the funds will be used for by March 1, 2012. Please note: no late applications will be accepted.

All applications will be reviewed by Friends of Suffield members, and letters will go out to all organizations who requested a Grant in April.
A special presentation is made to all recipients at the annual Suffield on the Green event, which will be held the weekend of September 8th, 2012 and we ask that someone from your organization participate.
